How one hour works
- Drop slips. A slip is a flat 10,000 $PULLDROP. Drop 1 to 25 at a time into the hour that is open. Every slip is one chance.
- The top of the hour. The hour closes and takes no more slips. The contract fixes a block two blocks ahead, one that does not exist yet.
- One slip falls. Once that block exists anyone can pull. Its hash picks the slip: keccak256(hash, hour, slips) mod slips. Nobody chooses.
- The rest pay it. The pulled slip's wallet gets every slip of the hour, less a 2% cut.
Worked example. 8 slips in the 14:00 hour, 80,000 $PULLDROP in the cloud. Slip 4 falls. Its wallet gets 78,400: its own 10,000 back plus 68,400 from the 7 slips that stayed up, after the 1,600 cut. A wallet holding 3 of those 8 slips had a 3 in 8 chance.
Alone in an hour? Every slip goes back to you, no cut.
